If you have any problems with your order:
- Please email me first as soon as you can if you had a problem with the order. I check it very often... Include your order number or a shipping address, name, etc. that the order was placed in so that I can quickly take care of the situation if there is one. We're not a giant big box business that will ignore your problem, it will be taken care of personally and as quickly as humanly possible.
- However, If I do not reply within 24 hours (not likely unless I'm dead... 419-855-2889 is my voicemail, I am not staffed to take phone calls with custom requests, please use the email or contact us link for custom requests or issues with your order. I will return your message as quick as humanly possible!)
- Not receiving my email messages? check your email settings and make sure you do not have a spam or junk mail folder that the messages are going to. Make sure your email will allow john@best-engraving.com
