We do the best we can to get the items you order engraved and sent out fast. We understand that you may be ordering late or near your event date but you must give us time to get the engraving done. (example, please do not order on a Friday and expect the item to be in your hands on Monday morning! You must give us time to get the work done and give shipping time some consideration as well)
