As you will notice, the price for the first item is high, that is because shipping is included.

- How do you ship? I ship your items the best way depending on the weight of your order,
no express shipping for free (example, lightweight items, a single shot glass will be sent by
mail and an entire set of beer mugs would be sent by UPS Ground
- International shipping, please contact me for a rate quote. Let me know what your
wanting to purchase and where it would be shipping to
- Is express service available? Yes, please contact me for an express order quote,
Of course, the more time you have before the event date the better
- How fast do you ship? Normally it takes approx. 2 business days to complete your
order and then ship. If I see that your engraving information shows the event date is near I do bump those orders to the top
- What is the shipping time? I am based in Ohio, the closer you are to Ohio the
faster you get your items. Example, UPS Ground from Ohio to California is
approx. 5 business days vs. Ohio to Virginia is about 1 day...
- Is express shipping free? No. Only Ground Shipping service is free.

- Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes! Just enter that information in when checking out
- Are there minimum orders? No. You can order one of one hundred.

- Can I send my own glassware to you for engraving?
No. Sorry. We only engrave our stock. Sorry...
How to order multiple items with different
engraving instructions on each:
- Pick the item you want to purchase, type in the name, nickname, date, etc. that you want engraved,
choose the font type and click add to cart
- Repeat this process for each item you want to purchase
- If you want multiple items with the same engraving, simply type in your engraving information
and add to cart the number you want
Guarantee/Returns:
- If you are unhappy with your items when you get them, please let me know immediately.
I will do everything I can to make it right with you
- If there is any damaged items from shipping, let me know as soon as possible so
I can get replacements sent out
- If we made a mistake with your order, let me know immediately via Email and
I will get a replacement out asap, be sure to include your order number
- No returns for canceled events, date changes, name changes, etc.
Payment: (no phone in orders, I am not staffed to take calls at this time... sorry... at this
time all orders are paid online and engraving information is taken via this website or email to reduce the
chance of mistakes from handwriting, misunderstood names, etc.) I do take checks and money orders,
